General Policy Since B and Wings provides custom digital services tailored to each client’s business goals, our services are generally non-refundable once the project has started or deliverables have been shared. Each project involves strategy, time, and creative execution, which cannot be reversed once initiated. 2. Eligibility for Refunds A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances: 1️⃣ Duplicate Payment: If a customer accidentally makes a double payment for the same service, the extra amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days after verification. 2️⃣ Service Non-Delivery: If the project or service cannot be initiated due to reasons solely attributable to B and Wings, and no work has been delivered, a refund may be approved after internal review. 3️⃣ Project Cancellation (Before Work Begins): If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and consultation costs. 3. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: When the client has approved the initial designs, mockups, or wireframes. When delays are caused due to client-side reasons (e.g., lack of content, approvals, or communication). When services like SEO, Marketing, Hosting, or Maintenance have already commenced. For digital products or software licenses once access or credentials are shared. For change-of-mind or dissatisfaction without valid performance issues. 4. Project Delivery & Revisions We ensure that all projects are delivered as per mutually agreed timelines and scope. Clients are entitled to minor revisions or updates within the scope of the initial agreement, but full refunds are not applicable after delivery of project components. 5. Refund Processing Time Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank processing time. 6. Payment Gateway Disclaimer All online payments made via Razorpay or any third-party payment processor are subject to their respective terms and policies. B and Wings does not store any payment credentials or sensitive banking information. 7. Cancellation Requests Any service cancellation request must be sent in writing to bandwingsofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of payment, before project initiation. Requests made after the project start date will not be eligible for refund consideration. 8.
